Hong Island Sunset Tour with Plankton Swim

11:30-12:00 - Pickup from your hotel or villa. We'll pick you up from your hotel in Ao Nang, Krabi Town, Tub Kaek beach or Klong Muang. We head to Nopparat Thara beach, where the longtail boat or speedboat for the Hong island sunset tour is waiting for us.

12:30 - Pickup from Raily. The first stop on the itinerary is Railay beach (if there any customers from Railay). The boat docks at the meeting point between 12:30-1:45. From here we head to the Hong islands!

Hong Island. We visit Hong island, one of the most beautiful islands close to Ao Nang. It's located in between towering limestone cliffs and is a great place to relax or go swimming.

Hong Island viewpoint. If you're up for it; you can visit the Hong island 360 degree viewpoint. It's quite a walk up and only suitable if you're in good health. The views at the top are worth it though: you'll get a 360 degree view of the islands here.

Hong Lagoon. Through a narrow passage we enter Hong Lagoon. A magical place totally surrounded by limestone cliffs. The water looks emerald green here. A great photo opportunity!

Lao Lading island. This is the famous tree-filled beach with a swing. From here you have a nice view at neighbouring islands.

Pakbia island. This rocky island connects to other islands by a beautiful white sandy beach. We have dinner here or at Lao Lading, depending on the sea and tide conditions. Enjoy a tasty BBQ buffet on the beach.

Bioluminescent plankton swim. When the sun sets, it's time to head back to a spot close to Ao Nang where you can go swimming with plankton. These little animals light up in the dark, which is a once in a lifetime experience! Swim with plankton that look like thousands of bright blue dots. Please note that the availability depends on tidal and seasonal changes.

19:00-19:30 - Return to your hotel. We head back to Railay to drop you off if you are staying there. The next stop is Nopparat Thara beach, from where we bring you back to your hotel on Krabi mainland. The Hong island sunset tour ends here!
